To access services provided by GenesisLogos, you must agree to the company’s terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be able to access or use the services.

1. Services

GenesisLogos provides design related services including logo design, branding, website development, UI/UX design and social media content creation. All the services are subject to availability. Additionally, the scope of your project will be as agreed upon in the project brief or proposal.

2. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in [USD or preferred currency], and payment is required as per the terms stated in the invoice.
  • A safety deposit may be required before work begins. Final files will be delivered after the full payment is received.
  • Once the design process is started, the company is not going to refund any amount.

3. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (as per the package selected).
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Once final approval is given by you, GenesisLogos is not responsible for any errors or changes.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, the client processes the ownership of the final approved designs.
  • GenesisLogos retains the right to showcase the work in promotional materials or portfolio.
  • Unused concepts remain the property of GenesisLogos.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Project completion timelines are dependent upon client responsiveness and scope of work.
  • Delays in communication or feedback from the client may result in extended delivery times.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, feedback, and materials on time.
  • Any delay in providing necessary content may affect the overall timeline and delivery.

7. Cancellations

  • Either party reserves the right to cancel the project at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, GenesisLogos shall retain all payments received and reserves the right to invoice for any additional work completed beyond the amount paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

GenesisLogos is not responsible for any damages caused by the use or inability to use the designs, including loss of business, reputation, or profits.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
